Materials and methods. Retrospective analysis of 1,933 inpatient treatment of patients with acute limb ischemia for 12 years (2009-2021). 63 cases of treatment ended in death. An analysis of clinical and laboratory factors influenced the lethal outcome was performed. Results and conclusions. Hospital mortality in patients with acute limb ischemia is 4.5%. The thrombotic nature of ALI often leads to death. Patients with ischemia in the basin of the lower extremities die 14.6 times more often than in the upper extremity. The leading cause of death in the structure of death is gangrene of the limbs and intestines with the development of multiple organ failure. The ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes may be a laboratory predictor of death.
