The current work evaluates the characteristics of changes in the functional state of the endothelium depending on the immediate and delayed results of radical surgical treatment of patients with hepatocellular cancer.
Materials and methods: The study is based on data on 39 patients diagnosed with hepar cancer - hepatocellular carcinoma. Results: There were sharp differences in endothelial status indicators compared with the control group, consisting of an increase in the number of circulating endotheliocytes, the content of PV and a decrease in ESVD.
A significantly higher incidence of postoperative complications was revealed in the presence of a pronounced degree of endothelial dysfunction.
Conclusion: The presence of endothelial dysfunction and its high degree correspond to a greater risk of complications in the immediate postoperative period, as well as relapses and metastases in patients undergoing radical surgery for hepatocellular cancer.
