Введение. Solanum procumbens L. – лекарственное растение семейства Solanaceae, используемое в традиционной медицине стран Восточной и Юго-Восточной Азии, в том числе Вьетнама, при артрите, заболеваниях печени, инфекционных и опухолевых заболеваниях. Несмотря на длительное применение этого вида в народной медицине, сведения о его химическом составе и фармакологической активности остаются фрагментарными.
Цель исследования. Обобщить современные данные об этнофармакологическом применении, фитохимическом составе и фармакологической активности S. procumbens.
Материалы и методы. Объектом исследования служил вид Solanum procumbens L. Работа выполнена в форме аналитического обзора литературы, посвященной традиционному использованию растения, выделенным из него биологически активным соединениям и установленным видам фармакологической активности.
Результаты. Показано, что S. procumbens содержит различные группы вторичных метаболитов, включая стероидные сапонины, стероидные алкалоиды, лигнаны, неолигнаны, стероидные пероксиды и фенольные кислоты. К числу идентифицированных соединений относятся torvoside J, torvoside K, (+)-syringaresinol, (+)-lyoniresinol, ergosterol peroxide, solacanin A, solasodine, vanillic acid и др. По данным экспериментальных исследований, экстракты и отдельные производные S. procumbens проявляют противовоспалительную активность на модели ревматоидного артрита, гепатопротекторное действие при токсическом поражении печени, а также умеренную антибактериальную и противогрибковую активность. Отдельного внимания заслуживают биосинтезированные с использованием S. procumbens наночастицы оксида цинка, индуцирующие апоптоз клеток рака легкого A549 за счет усиления окислительного стресса.
Заключение. Полученные и обобщенные данные подтверждают фармакологическую значимость S. procumbens как источника природных биологически активных веществ и указывают на необходимость дальнейшего изучения механизмов действия, токсикологических характеристик и возможностей практического применения этого вида.
